Consequences of cancellation
If you withdrawal from your contract, we are obliged to return all your payments back to you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs that occur if you have chosen a different shipping method from the standard shipping that we offer), immediately and within 14 days at the latest from the day when we receive notice about your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same payment method that has been used for the original transaction for the refund, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case we shall charge you anything for the refund. We are allowed to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that that you returned the goods, depending on wether we receive the goods first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling you that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
