Prepayment/purchase on account
When you select the prepayment method, we will include our bank details in the confirmation of order that you receive. Please transfer the total amount with stating your invoice number. After we have received your payment, we will send your order out.
PayPal
When you select Paypal as your payment method and have completed your order, you will be redirected to the external PayPal website where you can send your payment. Upon receipt of the confirmation of payments via PayPal, we will send your order out.
Credit card via Stripe
When you select to pay with your credit card, the security of your information is most important to us. Our security requirements concerning payments via credit card are very high. In cooperation with our payment provider Stripe we offer secure and easy payments directly on our website and within our internal order process. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order process
Redeem voucher/discount code
If you would like to redeem a voucher or discount code, please follow the subsequent steps:
1. Choose an item and add it to your cart.
2. Click on „My cart“ and enter the numbers of your voucher or discount code.
3. Proceed to checkout and complete the order process.
For technical reasons it is only possible to use one voucher or discount code per order. If you would like to use more than one voucher or discount code, please contact us via e-mail:shop@pehnava.fashion.
In case you still have funds on your voucher left after you made your payment, you can use your voucher code again for future purchases. After placing an order we will send you an e-mail with information of your remaining funds. Please note: remaining funds are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
