Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, of course. When we take pictures of our clothing, we do our best to display colour, patterns and fits as accurate as possible. However, slight colour variations might occur due to different screen resolutions.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We will send your sales receipt via email after we have received and confirmed your order. You can find your sales receipt in your account and download it.

How can I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please note our return policy. You find all information about return and refund periods and our conditions here (LINK).

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do not necessarily restock items. However, in some cases we might do if the demand is high for example. But of course, it depends if we still have the garments available that are needed to tailor a specific piece of clothing. If you are interested in an item indicated as “out of stock” and we will happily get back to you.

Where can I ship my order?

At the moment, you can select shipping to Ireland or the UK. If you live outside these two regions but in another European country, please get in touch with us. We are happy to help and give you an individual offer for shipping.

How do I place an order

To place an order, you select a product (in your size) and add it to your cart. Now you can either continue shopping, check your cart or continue to checkout where you fill out the form with your billing details, select your payment method and select “Place order”. After we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

When will I receive my order?

Upon receipt of order confirmation via email we will send your order on its way. Unfortunately, shipping times may vary for each order and we cannot give a specific date right away but you can track your order on our website. Just visit “Track order” and put in your Billing ID (check your confirmation email for that) and your email address.

How can I check the status of my order?

After we have sent you a confirmation email you can track your order on our website. Just visit “Track order” and put in your Billing ID (check your confirmation email for that) and your email address

Do I need to create an account to shop at Pehnava?

No, you can also check out as a guest. But if you create an account your billing details and payment methods will be saved and you don’t have to fill it in for a new order. And when you log into your account, you can also create a wishlist and save styles for later.

What is Pehnava’s return policy?

Please write us an email, give us a call or get to us via WhatsApp beforehand, so that we can forward you the required documents. Ordered items can be returned within 14 days after receipt to Pehnava without giving any reasons. Return shipping costs are to be beared by the customer.

I want to cancel my order. How can I do that?

If you want to cancel an order you have placed, please get in touch with us. However, if the parcel is already with the carrier, the shipping costs will be beared by the customer.
